With over 30 years of experience in the fastener industry, Mr. Prajesh Shah has been instrumental in shaping the Indian and Middle Eastern industrial markets. Starting from Mumbai’s fastener trade, he laid the foundation of Parshva India to bring a quality-centric, customer-first approach to the sector.
Today, as the Managing Director of Parshva Innovative Engineers Pvt. Ltd., he continues to guide the company with a vision rooted in trust, innovation, and long-term growth. Under his leadership, Parshva has expanded its global footprint, serving sectors ranging from infrastructure and construction to automotive and oil & gas.
Mr. Shah’s deep industry expertise, combined with his emphasis on ethical business practices, has helped establish enduring relationships with clients and partners worldwide. He firmly believes that continuous innovation, adaptability, and uncompromising quality are the cornerstones of sustainable success.
Our Journey
Parshva Innovative Engineers Pvt. Ltd. began as Parshva India in 2013, headquartered in Mumbai under the leadership of Mr. Prajesh Shah. Starting with the trading and distribution of fasteners and C-parts, we expanded into subcontracting and set up in-house manufacturing.
In 2022, we rebranded to reflect our growing capabilities and forward-looking vision — evolving into Parshva Innovative Engineers Pvt. Ltd., a trusted partner for engineered industrial solutions.
